Return and Refund Policy
Exchange Policy:
- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and regulatory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by Wixsana for another product with payment or refund of the price difference between the two products within seven days of the date of receipt of the product.
- The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product after seven days have passed, subject to the following conditions:
- The consumer shall ship the device to be exchanged to Wixsana at his own expense, and the consumer shall also bear the shipping cost for the new device.
- The product must be in its original condition and in the same thermal packaging in which it was wrapped, and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained any benefit from it. Wixsana has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety.
- The new product will be shipped to the customer after the return product is received and its integrity is verified. The shipping and delivery time for the new product will be the same as for a new order, as per the shipping policy.
- The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
- If a defect in the product appears due to the consumer"s misuse.
- If the terms of the aforementioned exchange policy are met, the consumer has the right to exchange the product for another.
Refund Policy:
- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and regulatory warranty, the consumer has the right to return the product provided to him by Wixsana for another product with a refund of the product value within seven days of the date of receipt of the product.
- The consumer is not entitled to return the product after seven days have passed, subject to the following conditions:
- The consumer shall ship the device to be returned to Wixsana at his own expense.
- The shipping cost of the product and the fees of the electronic payment gateways will be deducted from the amount refunded to the consumer.
- The product must be in its original condition and in the same thermal packaging in which it was wrapped, and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained any benefit from it. Wixsana has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety.
- The amount will be refunded to the customer after the return product is received and its integrity is verified. The refund period will take from 7 to 14 days from the date the product arrives at Wixsana and its condition is verified, with the shipping cost deducted as mentioned above.
- The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
- If a defect in the product appears due to the consumer"s misuse.
- If the terms of the aforementioned return policy are met, the consumer has the right to return the product and receive a refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and regulatory warranty, the customer is not entitled to cancel the order after confirmation.
- The customer shall contact customer service in case the customer wishes to cancel the order to discuss the possibility of cancellation in case the shipment has not been shipped or started by the shipping company
